ALLEN - ALBY - ALBERT

Michael J Allen is looking for his Canadian Serviceman father Alby or Albert.

Michael only found out very recently that his father was not his real father, in fact he was a Canadian pilot stationed in the Portsmouth area of Hampshire, England in 1944.  Michael was born in January 1944 so was conceived about end of April 1943.

        Alby or Albert

Michael's mother Emily Elizabeth Allen. Photo taken about the time she would of met Michael's Canadian father. Emily was married but her soldier husband serving with the British Army in the Middle East was presumed dead, and after 3 years of no contact she met Michael's Canadian father. Emily was a bus conductress during the war. Alby/Albert would visit Emily at her home, 11 Wellington Street, Lewes, East Sussex. He even came back to see Michael when he was 11 years old. but unfortunately did not keep in touch after that visit.

Emily Elizabeth Allen (nee Tester)
